"This is the second time I have purchased favors from favorwarehouse. Both experiences were a 5! The cost for the favors were fairly inexpensive..but the quality was fantastic! In addition the products were carefully packaged & there weren't any broken items! Oh, and both orders were received sooner than expected. I will now use this company for every event I can, and have told all my friends about it!"

"I have been in the event planning buisness for many years and have had the pleasure of dealing with many wonderful people and companys over the years. But this all changed when I placed my first and last order with Favor Warehouse. Never in my life have I come across a company so lacking in customer service and quality management skills. I placed an order for wine glasses for my son and his future brides wedding. On May 4th I received a shippment of glasses-for another couple who live in another state. I tried to call Favor Warehouse. They close at 6PM, So I sent them an e-mail. The response I got said they were aware of the mistake and to put them on my porch and UPS would pick them up in the morning. There was no apology for the inconvience. On May 10th the glasses were still sitting on my porch. I called again. I was told they are not responsible for UPS. That they will be there when they get there. I asked about my order. They were waiting for it to be sent back by whoever had it. I should receive it in a week. I called again. This time a man who said he was with customer services would personally take care of this problem. I was on hold for awhile. He came back on and told me he was still on hold with the company that makes the glasses and he would call me back when he had an answer. Once again no phone call or e-mail. I ended up calling back two weeks later. The same man answered the phone. I explained to him that he said he would personally take care of the problem. I asked him if he was in charge because he seemed to be the only one that ever answered the phone. He said there were othere people who could take care of me. I found out today he is the president of this company! Nice way to run a company!!! I was put on hold while he said his manager would talk to me. Things just went down hill from there. No one knows where my glasses are. Some where they are being held "hostage" by another unhappy customer who is waiting until they get the right order. Frankly I don't blame them. "The manager" said they would have to look some more to find my glasses but if not they would have to redo my order of 205 glasses. When I said there were 210 she got a little rude and informed in no uncertain terms that I only paid for 205.I told her my invoice said 210. She said it was for the other people who I received the glasses for. By this point I am starting to get a little up-set with this womans rudness. I figred she should probably just be agreeing about 5 darn glasses after what we have gone through packing up a shipment to send bak to someone and taking it in and out of our house every night for a week. I also asked about breakage. I mentioned that there were a few glasses in the shipment that were broken and if they sent extra in case of this mishap. She said no that we would have to take pictures of the broken glasses and a picture of a glass with the picture on it for them to do a reprint. At this point of the conversation she was not even trying to use what if any customer service skills she had. Everything was a negative. I was polite each time I called but this was the last straw. I became up-set and told her this was no way to run a buisness. She told me she did not need my business and cancelled my order. I couldn't be happier. I found another company right away who were friendly, could not do enough for me, and are sending me a picture of what my glasses will look like before they print them,and and I am saving $100. Please shop around before you do buisness with this company. Customer service they are not. Once they have your money they act like they are doing you a favor.(hence the name) There are companies out there who want your business, who will still treat you with the respect you deserve.
I would like to say something positive about this company. Today while looking at my bank acct. I did notice that my acct. had been credited with the total amount of my order. Thank-you for your quick response in returning my money.

Thank-you for proving to me once again that your company is not someone I wish to do buisness with. First let me say I NEVER asked for you to fire anyone! I would never want anyone to loose their job over their lack of customer service skills. Especially in todays econony when things are so difficult for American families. Second- it was not a matter of taking the shipement in and out of my house twice. There were four heavy boxes that I carried in out for a week. Third, I was the one always doing the calling and the e-mailing. Not once was there an apology from you about the mistake. There was only blame put on the manufactuor. Even if it is their fault I ordered the glasses from your company. I paid your company. I did not feel, and I especially do not feel I was treated like a paying customer should be treated. Not once did you apologize.
I received a phone call from the manufacture today. They could not apologize enough. They know what customer service is all about. The person I spoke to in customer service at the manufacture confirmed it was the president of your company that I spoke to many times.

I am not going to waste any more of my time with this. The woman I spoke with at Favor Warehouse was just plain rude. This is not the way buisness is done. You do not cancell a wedding order five weeks before a wedding because you get mad. You are in a buisness. I am the customer. I don't care who's mistake it was. Just be nice about it and do your job as a business and handle it in a professional manner. That was not done and don't pretend it was. You can say all you want about me but I know the truth. And yes the manager at the manufacturer did know who you were. And that is that is that. I have ordered new glasses that will be here next week and the customer service has been exceptional!!!!

I never asked for my money back until you cancelled my order. You were the one who told me in no uncertain terms you did not nedd my business and said you were cancelling my order. My how you have managed to turn everything around in your favor. I only asked for my money back immediatley when YOU CANCELLED my order. I evfen have an office full of people who were witness to the conversation who would gladly testify to this account.
You never offered anything. It's funny you are saying this now after the company who called me yesterday (the manufacturer of the glasses) wanted to continue with my order and they were the ones who offered me the boxes for the glasses. Not you. I am sick of all these lies. Not once did you apologize. I have every e-mail you ever sent to me. At least I have not threatened to post them on line like you have. You have been rude from the beginning and not willing to take responsibility but put the blame on the manufacture. Then you and only you cancelled my order. I did not want to cancell my order. You did it. You forced me to write this reveiw. What kind of reputable buisness does that because they get mad at a cutomer because the customer is upset by the way they are being treated.
Don't judge my character. I have not lied. I never asked that someone get fired. I don't know where you pulled that idea from. And never did you try to make things right from the beginning. It was always "WE ARE WORKING ON IT". Only to havwe me have to keep cally back and being put on hold. It's not worth my time to discuss this any more with you or anyone else except maybe the Better Business Bureau if you keep coming up with lies. What it all comes down to is YOU CANCELLED MY ORDER NOT ME!!! Now just go away and leave me alone!"

"I ordered two groups of items on 5/9/11, my credit card was charged 5/10/11 and I received this email a week later. having not received an email about delivery I called yesterday and found out that one group (the purses) was on back order so the order didn't ship. That information would have been helpful. I needed the luggage tags for a shower in June and they could have been shipped already.....I don't understand how an email can go out about a review but something as important as your purchase and shipment wasn't handled."
"I was looking for wallet-size picture frames for my daughter's First Holy Communion picture to hand out as favors at her party. I LOVE these frames. They are beautiful and different (not your typical picture frame).
I ended up giving away all of the frames and didn't have any left over for us, so I placed a 2nd order so that we would get to enjoy the beautiful frame as well!
The shipment arrived quickly and all of the frames came boxed individually with bubble wrap. I was impressed with the level of care that was taken to ensure they arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Favor Warehouse and will order from them again!"
"After doing a rush order for 25 nos of favors, the next day I realized I needed 10 more. So I called to see what can be done. After I explained what my situation was to the customer service representative, she called up the warehouse and asked them to add the extra 10 and charged me only the differences (cost + shipping charges) which saved me a lot. I didn't have to do a separate order plus saved the shipping charge. I got the package on time and they look awesome(exact way it was described in the description). Now I'm a big fan of Favor Warehouse and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

"I ordered 2 items for my daughter's wedding and shower as favors. The damask design glass coasters are great...just like the product description and picture. The Murano Art Deco round compact mirrors with Golden Brown Glass were a huge disappointment. The product description and picture shown feature a compact with warm brown, gold and cream swirls. The compacts I received are swirls of green and purpley brown. I called and sent pictures by e-mail as requested but they stated that was what they all looked like and it was how I was holding it to the light! I choose to keep them as they gave me a 10% discount on that order and there wasn't really enough time to order something different. I was hoping that they would be able to look through their stock and find the compacts like the one in the picture. I know that the batch I got was not the ones advertised no matter how I looked at them."
