"My Order has not been received to date. I believe this shipping method is far to slow to obtain satisfactory results. Charging for a Cooler in addition to Shipping only exacerbates this situation and virtually places all the responsibility on the customer for not requesting a faster and more costly shipping method.

While I am sure everything is within your and your shipper's time frames and expectations, it does not promote favorable customer satisfaction.
