"They delivered my goods after a 3 business days delay. Good thing I gave it enough allowance between delivery time and date of event. Also the ribbon were not printed in with my daughter's name and her baptism date. I had to write those in at the back of the favors so my guests can identify it. That part was a disappointment! I ordered frames with pictures of my baby on it. Make sure the picture is a perfect square size otherwise it will be stretched. So she looked thinner than she really is. But as for the product itself they were beautiful. So nice product but poor service. "
