"I selected the 3 day ups service as they instructed me to inorder to have the party favors in on time before we travel out of the country. I was charged 3 day but neither of the 2 packages came that way, rather both came ground and 1 of the packages from another vendor coming the day after I leave so that part is ruined and could not use for the party. I called to complain and got refunded the 3 day shipping but it left me hanging with only half of our order received in time. No adjustment for this was offered/given. Very disappointing. "
