"I ask before the part got delivered if they can confirm that is the right part after I ordered the customer representative from acura part department no only he give me an attitude over the phone when all I wanted it to make sure that the part that i order thru the net was correct he ask me for my vin number of the car i give him all the info regarding what I need it before the part get delivered, the part representative give me the confirmation that I order the right part but in fact I have my dough that what he was telling me over the phone was a lie but I told him at the end of the phone call if you telling me is the right one ok thanks for your help and hang up. I waited for the part I got it when I open the box I ended up with the wrong part me trying not to get the wrong part like I told the customer service representative over the phone now after I request a return and they give me a RMA number and the web was telling me someone will contact me , I waited for someone to call me no one call me for a all week , so I call today sep 14 2020 telling them I have a part that i need to return i have my RMA number the representative told that the part that i order those can't be return cause was a special order now i have a part that i don't need one , 2 the customer service representative is a lier, 3 now i have to keep the part that i don't have a used for it casue there excused of is a special order no return allow when i did not get any notification saying that is a special order parts and there is not return for special orders parts i will be posting i lot if review about Fayette Acura customer service part representative 1 for doing his job poorly one a customer have a concern about a part that i order and i need it clarification if I order the correct part , 2 his bad attitude thor the customer over the phone he was very rude and very disappointed cause was not the first time i order from there multiple time all my client I have told them to buy here from today on they lost my business with me and all my clients I spend all day calling my clients personally if they need a Original Acura Part that i will find them another place where to buy parts from but of course I explain my customer why I call them and notify them about cause i have a honest business owner that treat my clients with respect and i take there business very seriously and they have trusted me for years.... Customer Appreciation is allways tbe key for a successful business have a good day. "
