"The dallas location I originally called SUCKED! ... Called Fayetville and it was like they were about to serve me a big strawberry danish with Hazelnut coffee. The people I talked to were nice, professional, didn't sound like they were having a bad day or anything. not even that "fake-happy" tone. Man .... never felt like I was important until I called them. Ordered a part and because I only have one shot to get it right I was asking like multiple time sand verifying.... not a single lip out of them. They kept assuring me I was good and things were gonna be ok... Got my part From there to TEXAS IN 3 DAYS! It was the right part, popped it in... transmission has no more D5 blinking. Actually cleared some false negative "shift solenoid B stuck open" and "Solenoid Valve A malfunction" codes and drives like a brand new car!
Wanna go through 20 step processes and hassles with a ton of attitude, call the Dallas, Texas location ... If you feel like getting things done right the first time without hassle, bickering, severely bad personas, no stress... call these people PERIOD!
