"I ordered a Crimson Trace Laser from Federal Tactical Direct in late November 2011. It was shipped Nov, 29th and I received it Dec. 2nd. The USPS delivered it to my house and left it on the front deck where one of my dogs proceded to destroy the box, packaging and the laser. I contacted FedTact. and was told to return the damaged laser and packaging and they would ship me a new one. The service has been exceptional to this point and the prices were by far the best I could find. "
