"Ordered a few beauty products in January this year. The products didn't arrive on the expected date, so I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. After waiting a few days, and products not arriving, they refunded the total amount right away. It turns out the products have been held at the customs, and they eventually arrived after the refund was processed. After informing the customer support that the goods arrived and confirming that I will make the payment one more time, they approved a 10% discount for the total amount.
