"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! An item was ordered on Oct. 15, 2007, their website showed 100 in stock, on the 17th my card was charged, I phoned them to check as this item was out of stock everywhere else. The phone number given is answered and stated their hours then asks for the extension number, when this is entered you are disconnected, this happened several times over several days. (my phone records available)They have a live chat feature which over several days I could never find an operator logged on and was propmpted to leave a message, which was done, with never a reply. I e-mailed several times after after not being able to contact them to cancell this order. On the 19th, I received an "item backorder" e-mail. I replied to cancel this order and refund my card per there own terms of service and never received a single reply to any e-mails or messages left. I contacted my card company amd after 1-1/2 months was finally able to obtain a refund. This company does not have a business license or a ficticious name filing in L.A. County or the city of San Dimas nor do they have any Corporate or partnership filings with the State of California. This appears to be the 3rd company affiliated with a Durran L Felton. D-Compute.com, YourUpLink.com and now Feltronic.com. This gentleman has closed all of these business' for the same reasons, charging the credit cards and not delivering the merchandise, check the reviews on Bizrate.com, shopzilla.com, Yahoo, etc. He has even responded to one review stating no affiliation whatsoever with YourUpLink.com., yet when my invoice was printed, the terms of the sale clearly name YourUpLink.com as the principle. They also provide web hosting services as YourUpLink.com. On one occassion he even posted a question to his credit card clearing company asking if there was any way possible to obtain the customers credit card information "as sometimes he had to verify this info with the card issuer" Documentation to support all of this is readily available. This business does not operate with any form of customer satisfaction or communication. It is companies such as this that fuel all the fears of fraud with Internet Commerce."
