1) They falsely advertise 24 shipment. If you order from them and one of the item is not in stock they will not ship out the instock items and hold up the whole order and not even tell you.
2) The sometimes charge more then Retail. I tried to buy an SD11 they were pricing at 101 when going retail was 95. When I asked them about this, they gave me a bogus excuse that others don't honor fenix warranties when in fact other official fenix sellers where priced lower.
3)The don't have a phone you can actually call, you just go into voicemail. They would not issue a refund promptly because could not communicate. When I confronted them (in email that took some time to get back to me) they said I should not expect prompt real-time service and was unrealistic to expect so and then ranted about have an A+ BBB rating being defensive and not addressing or validating my concerns rather choosing to argue with me. Communication with them is a nightmare.
4) They PRECHARGE.. for nonstock item (they did to me) then when I complained about that they told me it was standard practice that all retailers do. Hogwash....
In summary, very unprofessional and shady operation I once entrusted many orders with.

"I placed an order (Order# 97319) for $356.75. My order was supposed to include a case to hold the accessories I ordered. The case was missing when shipment arrived. I tried calling multiple times but no answer and no apparent way to even leave a voice message. This is unacceptable. I emailed them and am waiting for response.
Update: After posting this review I received a call a nice lady in customer service. She apologized and said the case will be shipped out today. I am upgrading my review from 2 to 4 stars as soon as I receive the case."

"I have bought several flashlights and related accessories like rechargeable batteries from the Fenix Store and its sister site, 4Sevens, over the past year. They offer a great choice of quality products and their service is impeccable.
I like to judge a store by the way they act when something goes wrong. Back in January, I bought a Zebralight flashlight from the Fenix Store and took it on a long trip abroad with me. After about a week, the user interface started to act up so I contacted their customer service. I was told to send the flashlight back to them immediately for warranty repair or exchange. the problem was that I was outside of the country and did not want to spend almost 20% of the price of the item just to ship it back. Somebody from their customer support contacted me and asked me when I could send it back from within the States, and when I said May he just said "OK, send it back when you can and we will take care of it".
So I sent it back upon my return and they gave me great feedback: they notified me when they received, then when they identified the problem and finally when they had issued me a new flashlight as a replacement and were shipping it out straight away. All in all, the whole process lasted less than 10 days and i received a brand new flashlight (which I have been using for a month without any problems).
I wish all online stores had such an outstanding service."
