"I had 2 issues:
When trying to track the parcel the number was not in the system. It would be nice if when the parcel arrived and they were unsuccessful in delivery that they noted the parcels arrival and pick up location. 2. A gentle reminder to Canadian customers who are new to your business or use it infrequently that Canadian duty and sales taxes are still to be paid. I have never tried to have something sent directly to Canada from the US before so I was surprised when I was told to pay more.
