"I recently purchased flowers from Fenton Flowers' online store. My wife, for whom the flowers were to be a gift, loves purple and I picked the arrangement specifically because the picture showed a bouquet full of purple flowers. I received the flowers on Friday. They sort of looked like the picture but it was not the same and, more important, were missing the purple flowers.
I immediately I took a picture of the flowers I had received. I went to Fenton Flowers' site and filled out a form including the picture I had taken and pointing out the picture I had seen on their site did not look like the picture of the flowers I had received.
Having not heard back from Fenton Flowers I called them on the following Tuesday. It was explained that they didn't have the purple flowers shown in that bouquet and did their best to provide a nice arrangement with what they did have. I noted that I had not been contacted about the change even though I had provided both a phone number and email address with the order. We agreed to have a new arrangement made almost entirely of purple flowers delivered the next day, Wednesday, at no charge. The flowers arrived as expected and were beautiful.
I cannot give them 5 stars since the first delivery wasn't what I expected and I had to go through extra effort. However, in the end Fenton Flowers made it right and for that I'm giving them 4 stars."
