Very bad quality

"Very bad quality sports suit. Less than a month has passed since I bought it - it is already being thrown out, the clothes already are covered with buds. Big disappointment. I will never buy anything from Fila again."

Horrible

"been waiting 3 weeks now for a pair of shoes i ordered. mind you, i ordered them with 2 day shipping lol... no progress whatsoever on my order, been asking for a refund and haven’t even gotten a call back. worst experience with a store ever."

not cancelation, and really bad customer service

"I accidently put same order twice, however I can not cancel any one of them. and when I call customer service, they've been very rude and yelling at me when I asking why cann't II get update on my cancellation.
Worst experience ever!! I will never buy anything from your website again.

No delivery and no response

"I order pants, shoes and tank for a 90’s party and it never got shipped. I called 3xs waiting for a cancellation or shipping info and never received. I had to order from Macy’s and they didn’t have the shoes. Fila has $168. of my money and so does Macy’s but at least Macy’s gave me my order. "

No Communication About Order Status or Cancellation

"Ordered two shoes from Fila and received shipping confirmation for one pair two days later, seemed pretty normal. Almost two weeks go by with no further communication - I check the tracking link that was sent to me, and the shoes weren't actually shipped out, it was just the shipping label that was created. I called and was informed of delays due to winter weather issues - makes sense, but still very unprofessional as not even an email warning of delays was sent out. I was told that I would receive an email confirming that they would try to expedite the shipping at this point - never received an email. Called again a few days later as the other pair of shoes had not shipped - was told that they couldn't fulfill the order due to lack of stock. I never received a cancellation or notification of a refund. Instead of calling again I had to contact again through the online chat, and finally received an email confirmation of cancellation/refund. Still have yet to see if the refund will be processed correctly/in a timely fashion. "

The absolute worst experience!

"Ordered a shirt and paid for second day delivery for it to arrive before I go on vacation, I received the shirt a week later. I contacted customer service for a refund for paying the second day delivery and not receiving it. The customer service representive "Evelyn" (she refused to give her last name) had the most disgusting! Attitude and clearly the only representative that answers the phone. She refused to allow me to speak to her supervisor and stated corporate office is handling the matter and will contact me, which she never did. I will NEVER order from Fila.com again. Lesson Learned! "

Extremely poor customer service!

"I bought a $100 jacket for my fiancé as a Christmas gift and it was too small. I followed the fila.com websites instructions to return the gift and sent it in the mail through UPS on 12/27. It is now 2/11 and I still haven't received my refund! I have called to speak with customer service 4 times and even was transferred to the supervisor twice (same supervisor both times). Everyone I spoke with told me there was nothing they could do to help me get my refund unless I had a tracking number for the item. This was not something that was specified in their return directions as a requirement for me to receive my refund. The supervisor also promised to call/email me with a follow up within 48 hours after contacting the warehouse to find my item and I never received an email or phone call. The supervisor also had a HORRIBLE attitude and basically yelled over me saying "ma'am ma'am there is nothing we can do. This is the busy season and you can't expect your return immediately especially if you have no tracking number". I will NEVER buy from Fila again and I will also tell all of my friends and family how horrible they are! "
