"I have heard nothing but good things from people about Filtech located in downtown, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The area is where the majority of local computer dealers are located. Filtech is by far the best in terms of customer satisfaction and exchange for defective products in 7 days.

It's not the first time I've dealt with the store owner Charles, who previously called some other store to bring in an AMD64 3200+ CPU that was out of stock and was bought by my friend. This time I was looking for MSI K8N Neo4-F motherboard, XFX 6200 and LG 16x DVD burner. Charles called in the motherboard, AND priced-matched it to the cheapest store in the city. Although I ended up buying MSI NX6600 instead of 6200 which wasn't in stock. I didn't regret it once I started playing 3D games.

I would not hesitate to shop at Filtech for any major upgrades. For other parts like case fans and DVD media, I would go to other stores that have better selections or that are closer to home. Filtech prices aren't the cheapest. They try to satisfy their customers. I have never gotton a DOA from them.
