"The filters sold here are undersized filters and fit so loose the will not fit a standard return air grille. It took about 3 weeks to get them. Danny agreed to take them back and issued a RMA#. He is now trying to delay this refund as long as possible. I opened a complaint with Paypal and he got it closed by promising to them he would refund my money but has not yet. He has had these filters for two weeks and refuses to refund my money.He is short just of denying that that he has received the returned product; however, my UPS tracking says it was left on the porch and that his address is a RESIDENTAL ADDRESS. Beware of this character. He will also insult you personally for wanting your refund. He has my money and the product. Update: Paypal did get him to refund my money which he did including the original shipping charge. The hassle here was not worth the aggravation. Update2: Look at the review after this one and how it rebuffs the claims I made...... Looks like Danny writes and submits his own reviews and it appeared just a few days after mine."

"This is the same review as the one I submitted on their website, although it was never "approved". The only reviews I found there were positive ones. Go figure.
I bought 24 of these filters and they came in 2 boxes, each of which had the "24" count crossed out and replaced with 12. That should have been my first warning. The filters themselves look like they didn't pass quality control.
While there was only a very slight amount of dirt on a couple of the filters all have oily stains on the cardboard housing and some gritty residue as well. Oh and as usual, it took a very long time, over four weeks to receive them. And that was after contacting Danny, again.
I won't buy from FilterAce again. "
"My first order by way of internet on March 1, 2009 and received quickly by FedEx on March 4, 2009. Liked the website. Made it easy to find the correct condensate pump replacement. I had another one replaced just like the one I ordered earlier in the year and I paid $180 to have a air and heat company put in. This one I ordered from FilterAce.com cost me a grand total of $57.03 (includes shipping). What a savings!! I could have kicked my self for not finding FilterAce earlier. "

"Placed an order on 12/15 while home on vacation and able to accept it. On 12/17 I received an email with FEDEX Tracking # saying my order had shipped 12/14 and would arrive 12/18. On 12/14 I had not even placed the order yet? As of 12/21 no product. I am in NJ and Filter Ace in NYC, should have been overnite delivery with regular Ground Shipping. I wrote an email which Danny promptly answered at 9:40am and said he agreed the email notification was confusing and they would ship it out on the 26th after the holiday because they missed the pick up for today. Anywhere I`ve ever worked UPS,FEDEX,DHL etc come twice a day to deliver in the morning and pick up outgoing parcels in the afternoon, so I believe he still could have made the shipment 12/21. I would not normally be this critical but as you can guess after getting home from work on the 26th. I have no Tracking information email. Sent Danny another inquiry, no it did not go out as promised. He will definately send it the 27th which did occur and I received it the 28th.
I do not attribute my poor service experience to the Christmas rush, solely due to the nature of the items they sell, therefore it is probably closer to the norm.
I should note this was a small order $ wise and I used PayPal, so they got their money up front with no delay in CC/Fraud Prevention verification.
I should be grateful I suppose though that my worst internet shopping experience was only a 10 day delay in shipment on an in stock item."
