"Ordered filters through this site and never recieved items. Only method of contact is through an email- there are no phone numbers or land addresses listed. Recieved no response from email request. Through my credit card I found out that this site belongs to 47th Street Photo. Customer service number there is 1-***-***-****. I called them about my order and it appears that they cancelled it, no reason given, but still charged my card. I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back."

"Be very careful with this company. I ordered a camera filter and received a confirmation. Three days later, I inquired about the status of the order nd received no reply. I canceled the order and two days later received an E-mail that the item has been shipped. I have yet to receive it a week later.

Some of merchandise ordered was defective and attempt to contact seller to return items (through email) were ignored. Bad customer service and poor quality merchandise. You get what you pay for. Not reccomended!"
