"My buying experience was fine. I found the filters I needed and at a good price. I bought eight filters in all, two different sizes. They arrived in July in one box which appeared fine. I did not need to use the filters yet so I stored them in my attic. Today when I opened the box two of the eight filters were crushed and damaged so they could not be used. They were jammed so tightly in the box that I could not even get them out without breaking the box on the outside then removing the filters as to not damage the other six. I am very disappointed in how these were packaged. Not sure why they just did not send them in two boxes. I have submitted a form to let the company know. I will update this review if I hear back with a good response. "

They responded immediately, refunded me the cost of the item, told me to donate them, and sent me the link for the correct size filter. The service was excellent and speedy. I reordered the correct filter from them right away. Their prices are better than most for a better quality filter. Shipping was fast and free. I would definitely order from them again.
