"I ordered 4 filters for a vacuum pump. the threads were not the same as OEM. The filters blew off resulting in oil mist in the department. I asked for a refund. here is the response from the owner.
"We wouldn’t be in business for 40 years if we sold filters we knew didn’t work. This same part number has been sold thousands of times with no problems.

We asked for a picture to try and figure out what was wrong, but I guess you don’t own a cell phone with a camera."

He was not receptive to resolve over the phone. When I said I wouldn't do business with them again. he said, "I don't want your business"
