"I ordered a filter for my furnace. Based on the label on the filter, they got my order right. However, it would not fit. I wasted a whole bunch of time, only to find out that a sticker with my filter size was placed over the actual size of the filter. It was 2” larger.

Had they just sent the wrong size, I would have figured out the problem immediately. I did not notice that an incorrect label was placed over the actual size until hours of wasted time later. I measured the filter and it matches the size that was covered up. I was unable to reach anyone by phone. I can only assume that they must have a lot of complaints.

I got through on live chat. I was offered a replacement that would take at least a week or more. It’s cold and I have no heat thanks to them.
