"Received package today. the picture next to the ad from which i ordered showed original equipment filter. i received 3 Supco filters. I prefer to know what I am actually purchasing. I do not have any experience with the Supco filter. "

"Delivery was prompt especially given this could have been the worst week of the year for me to purchase the filters--between Christmas and New Year's. Most importantly, after being told by folks at the retail store where we bought the refrigerator that they didn't have filters for it, Filteroutlets. com's website made purchasing the filters easy. It didn't hurt that the cost was a little more than half the cost at the retail store--free shipping, no gasoline.

"These people have no business being in business. The only thing that they care about is taking your money. What was advertised on Amazon is not what you were offered once you were redirected to their web site. Prices were higher and quantity was less. (On Amazon they advertised a 2-pk for $22.49, but their web site offered a single for $22.99. If you wanted the 2-pk it would now cost you $42.99 and a 3-pk would cost $62.99). The filters received were not the filters ordered. I ordered filters for a Samsung refrigerator and received filters for a GE/Hotpoint/Kenmore refrigerator. I Have been trying to connect with the company, but no one will return my calls. No human will ever answer the phone. It goes straight to an answering machine no matter which option you press. I shall be pursuing the matter with the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin and New Jersey and contact the District Attorney regarding the fraud that seems to be this companies SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). To date I have made 5 phone calls, left multiple phone numbers and other than receiving "Pie Crust" promises (easily made-easily broken) that they shall call me right back. I spent nine hours today at my desk without taking a break so I wouldn't miss their call. I received no calls from them during that whole time, and I gave them my private unlisted number, that only my husband has in case of an emergency. The only semi-positive thing I can say is that they were very fast in taking my money and shipping the incorrect products."

"Filter arrived in two weeks - about a week longer than I expected. It was NOT a Samsung filter as shown on their web site (with Samsung part number). Instead it was a generic brand replacement filter that was longer than the original Samsung filter. This caused me extra work to install it. Not pleased with the generic filter when web site clearly showed Samsung filter with correct P/N. That is what I thought I was ordering. Plus two week delivery is too long."
