"The filters that were ordered were Green Filters by Bolo Brands That were stated to have been made in USA., what were recieved were Supco Filters that are made in China. Filteroutlets customer service dept. was contacted, had to leave message for call back, no one ever called back or contacted me by e-mail. I Left the reason for my call along with my phone number and e-mail address. NO response until this ratings request. I also plan on sending complaint to PayPal. Additionally it appears that the filters sent have much less filter material, the water flow was almost like there was no filtratiion in place at all.

Unless there are good explanations or reasons for the above this will be the last order to Filter Outlets."

"I had the same poor experience as "BillfromGA." The delivery was quick and that is where the positive experience ends.

I opened the package for my "Kenmore" filter #9030 expecting the same product that I had, and was portrayed online. I received a blank generic plastic cylinder that felt empty.. The original filter is heavy. I am hesitant to use this as I believe there is nothing inside to actually filter the water and ice on my fridge.

I have been attempting to call the 866 # on my receipt and on the website and I continually get a voice mail during their "business hours". I have left a message but no call back or communications from FilterOutlets.com.

This does not seem right to me and I feel as though I payed for a fraudulent and misrepresented item and got nothing for my money.

I now, have no idea what my next steps might be in order to find out more about the product or return them for a credit.

I would not recommend this "store" and more importantly would share my experience with others to caution them not to be scammed by this company.
