Three days prior to the event phone customer services gave me incorrect information on the arena's new ticket app. One day prior to the event customer service walked me through a second app that the electronic tickets would be available. Upon entering the event, ticket takers at the gate denied us entry because the e-ticket app was no longer an accepted ticket app for the event center. Total ****t show, half of customer service reps I spoke with were unable to provide adequate customer service and failed email communication systems. "
