Bought nfl tickets in August a week before game i still had not received my electronic tickets I called them entered conformation number they answered and told me I should receive an email 24 to 48 hours before game. I drove 700 plus miles to denver booked a hotel for the weekend 12 hours before game still no tickets waited until morning 5 hours before game still no tickets i called them they answered conformation was working some guy tells me oh wow I need to transfer you too the distribution dept give me a few. I was on hold for over an hour and no answer I hung up called back and now machine tells me confirmation is not valid so they wouldnt answer my phone calls it would just ring and ring. They never called me sent me an email nothing just kept my money which I paid a little over 2,000. Never made it to the game drove all the way to Denver paid for a hotel and all because I trusted them and they couldn't even tell me what happened.....DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE WORTHLESS!!!"
