The worst quality ever!

"I purchased a display case "of very fine quality". It unfortunately looked like a kids shop project. Saw marks, tool mark, no sanding, finish smeared over it with drips. $135 for something I wouldn't pay $13 for. I assumed I would get a call, saying "We are so sorry" after sending them pictures, but that didn't happen. I asked about a return, but they never returned my email.

DO NOT BUY!

Collector coin case

"Ordered the above case in November 2022.
It took over 8 weeks to arrived. It arrived damaged.
I finally sent it back. For repair if the unsecured shelf the loose glass and scratches and clear caulking all over.
No quality at all.
They took over 2 months to repair it. I had to email them. I was told sorry we thought it was a refund request. There was never no refund. They said they would get one of their “craftsmen on it right away.
I emailed them back and said don’t bother give me my money back.

2 weeks later I get the case back. It still has the same scratches in it but they fixed the glass and the shelf.

For what I paid it not worth it. I will never Oder or recommend them again.

Plate Stand

"Shipping was not that quick nor free. Stand did not work out. Had to ask 4 times for a return authorization form. Why is it you can not just print on site ? They make you jump through all these hoops to return. Then you need to email them all the tracking info ??? Another $12 to ship back probably didn’t even pay to return item. I would never deal with this company again. Could have prob got same thing on amazon. Ridiculous !!! "

"** 7/28/15 - Have updated Fine Home Displays to 4 stars. After 2 email complaints they did contact UPS on my behalf. UPS was able to locate my package (it was mis-delivered to another house on my block) and my package was delivered to my door this evening. I'm very happy to upgrade my review of Fine Homes Displays. They do care about their customers! Thanks FHD!
Fine Home Displays is not a customer friendly vendor. FHD changed me $15.99 for delivery of a $53.00 online order. This order was not delivered to my home address. I sent an email to FHD Customer Service letting them know that we had not received our package. They responded that I should check with my neighbors because they showed that the package was delivered.
I was home on the day they say it was dropped off and there was no FHD delivery on that day or any other day. So i emailed a second time stating that paying $15.99 for delivery and expecting the package at my door was not an unreasonable request. I also said to them, Shame! They responded by asking me why i was so 'upset'. I'm upset because they have my money but I do not have the product I paid for.
I appreciate that this might be an error by their delivery services, but i would still expect FHD to own the whole issue and resolve it in fairness to their customer. End result is: Fine Home Displays is not willing to resolve customer issues. Buyers read this and Beware.

"What an awesome site! They have the most variety of products to display anything out of any other site around! I ordered a beautiful plate rack and got it within a few days. When I called to ask a question about it before ordering, the customer service person was really nice and helpful. This site is a must see for anyone who collects anything!! They will have a way to display your collection. Will definitely order again."
