"I ordered three pairs of glasses and received confirmation 2 days later that the order had shipped. The order was received, but only 2 pairs were received. There was no communication about the third pair, so I waited a week to see if they had been shipped separately. Finally I called finestglasses.com and learned that they were special order lenses and will not ship out for yet another week. None of this would be a problem if they had communicated properly that part of the order would ship out separately later. I have no problem with the price or quality of the items I received so far, but the service could be improved."
