3. The inventory system is broken and stock is not accurate
4. My "Fresh Start" line of credit is no longer available and I was not refunded my $30 down payment.
5. The extra cost of products should be able to cover development issues noted above. An order cancellation email would be an easy start."

"The reason for the bad rating is that fingerhut has had me stressing for all the interest rates they charge. We had a really bad experience where they wanted to charge us a full year of just interest rates for not making a payment on time. Even though we taught so that the interest be removed and being successful with it, ten years later we get a letter saying that we still owe them. This did not have me happy."
