"I am extremely disappointed, I place a order on March 27 , the items we’re supposed to be here before Easter. I ordered sandals and sneakers . They delivered my sandals and I opened the box it was a back pack! And no sneakers and the tracking number the shipping is no where to be found. My child had no gifts for Easter due you your mistake. I called customer service both reps gave me the run around , I asked for a manager and never got a call back. This is unexceptionable. Finish line is a big multiple store. I will NEVER shop with your company again. I want my items I paid for , I want my sandals overnighted or the quickest shipping possible! This is beyond ridiculous"

I put in an order for a pair of sneakers and 5 minutes later found it 25% cheaper on another site. I called to cancel the order and waited 45 minutes on hold and couldn’t speak to anyone. I tried to send an email and their email doesn’t exist. I got in touch through PayPal and finally received a response that they would cancel my order. 2 weeks later I got an email that my order is processing and I again tried reaching out to them and there was no way. I sent repeated emails to them and no response. 2 weeks after that my order arrived. I’m really mad. Never again will I shop by them!! I hope that between the pandemic and the looting they will soon be out of business!"

I paid overpaid significantly for shoes that were on sale an inanely to recover the difference in what I paid. I will no longer purchase shoes from their website. In the past I bought two sweaters and then a few days later they went on sale and I was actually sent gift cards for the price difference. Unfortunately customer service is not the same "

I will NEVER shop at Finish Line again, even though the shoes we wanted are the ONLY shoes that my wife can wear. UGH! Cancelled order. Awaiting "Check in the mail." Never received my shoes. "
"FinishLine totally messed up ... took my money, did not ever ship my shoes and the ... the shipment tracking info. and the rude Manager, Dav (whom would not give me his last name), from the Indiana office (so he says, I'm having a hard time considering FinishLine to be a trustworthy company at this point) was non-apologetic and nearly accusatory of me, the consumer who is aggravated by the fact I never received the product for which I paid for. "I've only ever ordered 3 times from Finish Line and they've botched the order twice. I highly suspect that the employees are running a scam. Finish Line ships from individual stores. I suspect that when the employee sees an order for something they like, they swap the order for something else and pocket your item. It's just too much of a coincidence that 2 pairs of basketball shoes in a row would be swapped for some random pair of women's shoes.
When I called customer service, I was told that I would have to return the incorrect item before they would ship out what I ordered. I sent the shoes back through UPS with the shipping label they provided. The tracking number showed that shoes were delivered and then Finish Line VOIDED THE SHIPPING LABEL to make it look like I never sent the shoes. Now they want me to call UPS and straighten it out. I didn't cancel the label. They did. Why do I have to fix their mess?
It's been 30 days and I still don't have my shoes. I've had to call them 7 times and they still haven't even sent out my replacement shoes. When I order from Amazon, I get my shoes the next day and the order is correct nearly 100 percent of the time. It's no wonder Amazon is putting these crooks at Finish Line out of business. Next time, I'll just order from Amazon like everyone else. I'm tired of this nonsense from Finish Line."

"Their prices are good, their honesty ****! I purchased shoes online one afternoon & the very next day I received 13 telemarketing calls back to back. The day after that 8, and 5 days later am down to 7 per day - Grrrr! Their privacy policy states they don't sell personal information, but that now tells me they give it away freely!!!
After contact of customer service via phone, they shuffled me around to various reps until they transferred me to a voicemail manager that didn't return my calls. Was told you cannot delete your online registration, only update your account info and was informed they can remove you from further email, but not phone contact.
A LOT of beating around the bush and BS, but the damage is done & SO AM I! Not buying here again, even though product is decent. 'CONFIDENTIAL' MY ****! Lesson learned, read the fine print!
