"Ordered firearm on the phone April 3rd - Trevor took the time to look-up and confirm the gun was in stock and stated the gun was in stock and would be at my dealer in seven to 10 days. No communication from FFS for two weeks and no firearm. When I contacted FFS (email only, they don't return phone calls), there was no explanation and replied to email stating firearm would be to them on Wednesday, apologized for delay and would ship out same day. Firearm still has not shipped by Thursday. When I contacted FFS - Trevor flat out lied stated he not only communicated with me but kept everyone updated on delay - not sure who everyone is... He had no answer why gun did not ship when he stated it would. Stated "I'm sorry that in your eyes I've failed you on this order" - apparently not fulfilling an order or commitment is not an issue for him or FFS, just the customer "eyes". Almost three weeks later and still no firearm. "

The ammo box and loose ammo were inside of a clear plastic bag that was tied off with a rubber band. Not a horrible situation but left me a little disappointed. "
