"I did not have a choice during the order process for shipping companies. I prefer UPS for firearms. The shipping for my order went by Fedex... and from some third party dealer. Fedex dropped the item at the front door of a home associated with my FFL dealer and without any adult signature. The driver or someone actually marked out the "Adult Signature Required" on the label.

There was no harm done! I still received the weapon.... The weapon did not fall into the wrong hands; however, this is not a proper way to conduct firearms transfers.

If there was not an adult available at the receiving address; this item should have been staged at the Fedex facility for pickup by my FFL dealer.

I think FFS should offer the buyer shipping by other companies. Also, there was no option while placing the order for insurance.
