"There was a mix up with the product listing of my order. It had shown that my gun (Sig P320) was supposed to come with night sights but it ended up being the normal 3-Dot sights. I thought the price for it was very good if it came with night sights but it was a little bit over what I would have paid for the one with normal sights.

The seller worked with me to correct the problem. While I was disappointed that it wasn't the gun I had thought I ordered. I was satisfied at the prompt and fair response that the seller offered. Shipping and processing was quick and easy. My gun on was ordered on Monday and was in my hands on Thursday. "

"I ordered a small pistol, in which I was emailed that it should take approximately 24 hours to send it to my FFL. The email said it would be quicker if I could contact my FFL so that they could send certification. It was done the very next day. I waited days, and no one contacted me about the status. I then called Fire Arms for Sale to discuss the delay. The said it "should have been here already but the gun hasn't arrived". The assured me that the delivery would be within two days. FOUR days later, I called again and they still hadn't sent it out but assured it would be overnighted once in. They could have at least called to explain the status. "

"I ordered a Buckmark UDX 22 pistol from them (paid online), and then about 5 days later they contacted me and said the gun was NOT available!

I was a little disgruntled as they had a good price on the gun, and I ended up having to pay more for it elsewhere.

I understand things happen, but...... wish they would have

Was told it would be shipping from their NY warehouse.
Called after 5-6 days, was told they'd call right back...that they were going to call the warehouse.
No return phone call.
Called again, told the warehouse never called back, but he'd call them again and call me right back.
Never got a phone call.
Left message on their instant chat...NO REPLY after 2 days.!
On their website...they actually say the y are not responsible for errors on their site.....blah, blah.
Needless to say, canceled the order and spent my few hundred dollars elsewhere.
Their service for me was glacial.!"
