I was kept up-to-date with a tracking number and automatic e-mail updates associated with that number.

Only issue I had was that I didn't get a phone call from my FFL holder when the package arrived. This may have been their fault, but I'm guessing my phone number wasn't put prominently inside the package. Still, because I had the tracking number I knew exactly when the shop got it anyway.

As it turned out this was not the case, but for some reason a USED gun that was not even close was shipped when I complained that the promised ship date had been missed. To make up for this screw up, the customer service person I was dealing with found another gun I was looking for and sold it to me at what he said was his costs.
