Being a difficult to find and get model, It wouldn't have happened without FFS, and in particular, Trevor and Sam. Those guys were great. Answered all my questions, and took action on my concerns. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I couldn't have found a better price anywhere.

I ordered 6 boxes (3 different types) of Ammo, received 2 boxes but not the rest. No notifications were sent to inform me so I email them. All they said we they might come from different location but did not give me an ETA. When I email them back they still did not inform me and even up to today still no ETA with the other 4 boxes of Ammo. The gentleman name Trevor Hummer, I think he's customer service rep, offers absolutely no help neither, all he said was I can cancel the order and call it even or start t new, something like that. What kind of service is that and how is he helping the company to make sales or earn customer loyalty? Luckily I have not place my orders for a few fire armed that I have been wanting to add onto my collection yet and will definitely ask my friends not to trust this company. If I still din't hear from them or don't receive my Ammo, will definitely file a company and contact the BBB."
