"I ordered a media console fireplace from fireplaces-and-more.com, a sister company of storeyourmedia.com. The price was amazing so I couldnt pass it up! However, in all honesty, because of the bad reviews I have read about this company - I almost canceled my order. I was so nervous that it would get messed up or not delivered on time. I could not seem to get in touch with anyone at the company so I left a voicemail. My phone call was returned the next day and I found this seller (Frank) to be very professional and friendly. He assured me that my order would be delivered in a timely fashion - and it was! I ordered the fireplace on 11/10 and received it today 11/16. My husband and I put the fireplace together in about an hour and a half - it is stunning!!! I would absolutely order from Frank again! Dont listen to the bad reviews on this website.
