"I am relatively new client but have made some purchases. I saw the license I was looking for at a better rate. I gave the link via the chat. He gave me a code to get a discount. When I checked out of course there was no area to put the code and I was charged the full price. Only after some emails was I given the credit. I made 2 purchases that day and I was only price matched with one. I really don't have time to fight for the other one. But if I was given a survey I will let people know. "

"After paying my invoice, I waited a confirmation that my item was shipped. After a week without any news, I decided to follow-up and got the following answer:

"I apologize for the delay, I had reached out via phone but have only gotten a voicemail. For orders shipping to Canada we would need to charge a 25.00$ shipping fee, or use your shipping account with Fedex/UPS to ship with."

Well, I can't conceive that in 2015 they could not send me an email explaining that from the get to and only give me a phone call. They never left a voicemail either. And no, my item is still not in the mail yet...
