"I had VOIP installed at a client's site and the reseller of the VOIP system was not familiar with SonicWall firewalls. Unfortunately there was some dropped and calls with jitter. I purchased firewalls.com's VOIP optimization service and they called me and configured their firewall on the same day. My client is using SonicWall's smallest firewall (a TZ100) so the price in my mind was a little high (especially since SonicWall itself offers full configuration of the device for $250) but since they listed VOIP optimization as a specific service they provided I had more confidence in their solution than a SonicWall "generalist".
