I called to cancel the order the same day and was told that it was no problem.
I was given an $85 refund. NOT $2,168.11.

The shipment was never put out. Never revceived a laptop.

I've sent multiple emails and my phone calls have been screened. I've had my lawer contact them to deal with it. That cost me an additional $500.

So, I'm going to put in a simple review of them, saying exactly what happened, every single day at a different site until I get my money back.

"Ordered two P4 OEM Fan/Heatsinks on Staurday, asked about order fulfillment and shiping info on Monday Night. Got email with links to web site on Tuesday morning that gave errors on looking up order info and tracking numbers. Replyed back to advise of faulty links and asked for tracking #. The advised me with return email that package would ship today. Tuesday, but wait they still have failed to supply me with a tracking number but manage to charge my credit card for the merchandise on Saturday the 15th. The way I see it very poor service. I have been in the computer sales, service and repairs for 10 years now and if I treated my customers the way I have been treated by Firstworldteck.com I would be out of bussiness.
12/21/07 - Have sent additionl emails to company requesting shippment tracking # and still no tracking #. Extremly poor company to do business with.
12/22/07 Found the phone # and called. Gave me lame excuse about xmas rush and sent my order to another customer. Sales person stated "Good thing it wasn't a $2000.00 laptop. Apologized for the mistake and claimed to be sending out order VIA UPS that day 12/22/05. Oh yeah! all this lamer of a sale person did is enter the package to be shipped in the UPS system the package was not actually in UPS hand untill 12/26/07. Now according to UPS the package will not arrive here till 1/2/07.
