"I called your Customer Service and got a very easy-to-talk-to young man. I asked for a replacement for my 13-year old hard-wired smoke detectors. He told me my model was discontinued, but informed me there was a regular battery and a 10-year lithium battery replacement available.
I went to the website and looked for the model he told me about - - and there it was! And at a price I thought was a real bargain for that model with the features I needed and wanted. AND, the website was the EASIEST site to use I have ever been to. Its designer should be commended. Only thing I didn't check for - but I will- if there is a way of changing my email address sometime in the future. Amazingly, half the websites do NOT have that feature. Don't know if it's a technical issue - just design inadequacy."

"I either ordered the wrong detectors or they sent the wrong ones. Either way I called to do an exchange, & they could not do it. They said I could return the ones I received and then re-order everything online. They couldn't even do the new sale on the phone. I figured they would want to do it so they know I would do the order. But nope, they didn't. Very nice on the phone, but that was kind of irritating. "
