"My generator with under 300 hours on it starting cutting out on low voltage without a load. I called Alan at Panda and asked for an authorized panda service company. He gave me Beacon mobile marine. I called Beacon mobile marine and explained that the generator still runs but sometimes cuts off on low voltage even without a load. I also said it was close to my next 100 hour service and I payed for him to perform that also. Beacon mobile marine said he couldn't find a problem with a low voltage cut out. On my next time using the generator it did it again. I called Beacon back out and after 5 times he told me to pull it out and send it back to Panda it would cost $5,000 and take 2-3 months. I asked what was wrong with the generator, he said he did not know. I called Alan back at Panda asking for another authorized service center. He gave me Kevin McGary and after 3 weeks of no shows and no call backs he came out. Kevin stated that the generator water pump had been leaking inside the unit. He said it needed to be pulled and sent back to Panda. So I payed a marina to pull the generator. Now Panda is saying the generator is not covered because it was under water. This is false. Also the generator had been ran for 14 hours after my original call to Beacon. Long story short look up Panda reviews, they have a history of falsely blaming customers and not fixing their equipment. I have talked to another person with the same model and production time as mine. Same low voltage cut out issue. He states they are saying it is also not covered and is his fault yet it has nothing to do with water. Just be aware that people are having a difficult time with Fischer Panda not fixing under warranty equipment."
