"The FishTanksDirect website listed a new Rena XP 3 canister filter for sale. I purchased the item and waited for the shipment status. Several days later I received the automated email notification but no direct response to my emails from the store. When I received the item the plastic housing on the pump and one of the clamps was broken. No way to lock down the pump to the canister. I attempted to contact them several times but received no response. I then attempted to contact Mars Fishcare. No one ever answered the phone I was just prompted to leave a message. As of this date no one has called me back. "

"I ordered a fishtank light to replace one which had died. They took over a week to ship and they shipped it with the transformer inside the light without any packing to keep it from moving. This resulted in the fluorescent bar breaking off of the housing and one of the two lock down points for the plastic shield to separate from the housing. They have not responded to emails in the last 5 days."
