"NEVER buy any thing from this place!! they do not answer the phone will ring for hours will not call you back takes them 2-3 days to get back to you on a e-mail. i waited 2 months for a rod that was on back order 2 days before the rod shipped they e-mail me telling me they cancelled my order after waiting to months. call no answer wife to to contact them on fb to get someone to call guess they just sit around playing on fb not answering the phone. guy called he was rude and not professional at all they sent my money back in 2-3 days. so i ordered the rod from tackle warehouse and had it in my hand in 2- days save yourself a lot of trouble and buy some where else these people are shady and don't care about there customers "
"I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from unless it's from one of these scam companies with a similar name. This is an outline of my first experience which really says it all: I telephoned and spoke to their representative to request some information and to inquire about their military veteran's discount. He was very helpful, courteous, and professional. On 6/1/2020 I placed my online order for 4 trolling fishing rods. Shortly thereafter I received an email acknowledgement of my order that was correct and included my veteran's discount. The following day I received a notification of my order being shipped. In a very short time I received a priority mail package consisting of a very heavy duty shipping tube with additional packing inside. All 4 of my rods were in perfect condition. My experience was professional in every way and I am looking forward to dealing with them again. Make certain the business you deal with is in PA and their website is red white and blue and I don't believe you should have a problem."
"****BUYER BEWARE**** I would think twice before buying from FishUSA. A couple weeks ago I purchased a rod from them online. Hours after ordering I had to cancel the order which I did. This was on a weekend so on Monday I followed up with an email explaining why I had to cancel the order. Never got a reply to either message. A few days later I checked my account and the order # showed no items, total cost was $0.00 and the Status said Closed. Obviously I figured they canceled as I asked and were just to busy to reply. Then a few days later I get a message from UPS saying they shipped the rod. They also took the money out of my bank account. I have sent 5 or 6 messages to every method I could find and have still not gotten a reply. I'm unable to call while they are open and there is no excuse for this lack of Customer Service. I thought about sending it back but I don't trust them to issue the refund, so now I'm stuck with a rod that I don't need or want. My account still shows the same info for this order so obviously they have some serious issues with how they handle their orders. I will never order from them again and will be posting my story wherever I can so hopefully I can keep someone else from dealing with FISHUSA. You have been warned. "
"Put in an order to be delivered in 3 days and had to continue calling and finally 2 weeks later they say my info was incorrect. I have all my info confirmed it was correct from phone, email, cc , billing and shipping. They actually have audacity to say they cancelled the order because of wrong info when I have an email from them confirming the order with all the correct info. They are just looking at their orders and seeing to sell at the higher prices. Not even an apology

"Had problems with the quality of both the rod and reel I purchased from them after less than three months of light use. Did not respond to my email and told me that there was nothing they could do for me when I reached out to them by phone. Guess I'm shopping at Bass Pro now. :("

"Maybe I'm lucky compared to some of the other reviewers. I've purchased from FishUSA twice in the last few months without any problems. I receive coupon codes on a weekly basis via email and used the coupons for my two purchases.
FishUSA's pricing is on par with other stores that sell fishing equipment, the shipping times were decent (considering it was free shipping on both of my orders).
I would recommend buying from FishUSA based on my personal experiences. If something goes south on any of my future orders, I will update my review. "
" the eyes on a expensive Tiger rod I bought are not straight, inline, should be a very simple replacement to a customer, but they want pics proving this this before sending a return label , no digital camera so I cant, its very easy to see how crooked the eyes are on this rod , they have lost any future bussieniss from me. :("

Last order was for Power Bait crappie nibbles, and they had the best price I could find. Better than Bass Pro, Cabela's, etc. Haven't had an occasion to test their customer service.
