"I ordered 24 pk GU from the store on Nov 9. This was supposed to be a gift for my friend. So I used her shipping address and her phone number. I got an email conformation about my order the next day. So I thought everything went fine.

After 3 weeks I checked with her but the item hasn't arrived yet. So I contacted the customer service of FitRx. They send me a reply that since my billing address did not match my shipping address, my order was canceled!! They never bothered to send me an e-mail about it. Now I'm going to order it from somewhere else. One month wasted! I'll never order anything from FitRX ever again!!!"

We never recieved the package and I am currently out $81. Not happy, hard to find the phone number on the web site but I did get if from my CC company, ***-***-**** only to find out that they only answer the phone M to F 9 AM to 6 PM with no voice mail so I going to fume about this until Monday.
