"This review is about the Service/Parts Dept Only!! Sales is excellant!
Brand new 2013 Sienna van that require repair of a broken moonroof(switch would not activate roof to open.)
First time I have used Fitzgeralds new Service location. Called ahead of time to see what had to be done to make an appointment and get repairs. Spoke with Asst Svc Mgr Judith, who took my VIN# to activate me in the service database. She then made appointment for next day at 10am(5-28-29/2013) and ordered the part to repair the moonroof switch.
Arrived on time(5/29) and went to Service Advisor who reported that none of my VIN#/Account info had been inputed into their database by Ms Judith. He did that. I then waited 90 minutes only to find out that the part# was incorrect and the wrong part ordered. So he oredered correct PN and I was told Parts would call me tomorrow morning and that if I had not received a call by 12noon, to call the Service advisor back.
By 2pm the next day no call from the Parts dept, so I called them The Parts dept reports that there was no info that the Service Dept ever ordered the part from the day before.
I then called the Service Dept and spoke to Asst Mgr who tells me that she would chack and call me right back. Never ever heard from here again so I waited 2 days and called Friday.
Was told by the Sevice dept that they would check and call me back...never did.
Called Monday morning to dfind out that part indeed was sent to Parts Dept and that it would arrive next day and to call for appointment by noon the next day.
Parts Dept never called. So I recalled Service Dept and went thru the same crap!!! "We will check and call you back" Never a call.
So yesterday, 6/6 I called and talked to the Service Mgr, who informs me that the correct part was indeed in for a week and he doenot know why I got the "runaround".
Now this is NOT the 1st run-in with the Parts people. I ordered 3 items for my new 2013 Sienna and never got 1 call as to the arrival of the parts.
So I wasted time and gas driving 25 miles to and from the 1st appointment and 1 90minute wait only to treated like a pain in the rear.
No one cares, no one took ant initiative to help and everybody blamed everyone else for my treatment.

I would NOT recommend Fitzgerald's Lakeforest Toyota for any service whatsoever. Check their website custome reviews for a very poor rating.
