"The sent me a pink shirt. Ok so that's not in fashion at all and bad way to convince customers to stick around, especially if it is your first month.
I used the FBDOUBLE coupon code and was supposed to get $240 in clothing for $60. Turns out thats 4 items. A cheap shirt that looks like a thin sweatshirt, a pink button down that looks like it would be $10 at a flea market, a cheap pair of jeans that are too big and way too long, and a cheap hoodie. You're way better off at Old Navy - better stuff and less expensive, plus no surprises.
All of them:
Made In China.
Needless to say I canceled my membership, which they don't make easy by the way. You have to contact them - you can't just cancel through the website.
Absolutely no refunds. Sorry 54 I will be shopping elsewhere.

"At first, when you join this club, they ask your style..that's all your order will be on its way.You would not get an opportunity to see whats inside your package. Then, you receive horrible clothes and then you will realize that you are trapped into a SCAM..BCZ there are no refunds.Next is..you contact the customer service, they will simply cancel your membership as they already sold their Cheap stuff"
"Five Four is a scam, be careful guys.
The clothes that I received was horrible, and I'm not exaggerating.
You cannot wear those clothes, they're just horrible.
But when you stop and think about it, it's obvious.
First they don't exchange your clothes, and they don't give a refund.
They're basically implying that their clothes is garbage.
It's not a company it's a scam
I'm very disappointed, and I hope they'll be exposed

"I was promised a discount after I was going to cancel because they kept sending me winter hats (I live in Texas). I didn't get the discount and when I contacted customer service the rep all but said I was fabricating the whole thing and closed the chat. I tried to call the "supervisors" but couldn't get through to anyone and realized I was wasting my time.
Needless to say I've cancelled my account with them and won't be rejoining. There are a lot of box subscriptions out there to try!"
"Update:
Customer service was very helpful and quick to earn back my business. I'm going to try a second month at a substantial discount. Their no return policy is still horrible. If their next round of styles are just as bad as the first, I'll be cancelling.
Original review:
While their instagram ad looked good and their pitch was attractive, they left out the fact that they do not take returns. Their style choices were horrible for me and I cancelled immediately."
"Got my first package, 2 shirts, jeans and a jacket - buttons immediately fell off one of the shirts, jacket was of poor quality, and other shirt was no lie, the biggest XL tshirt I have ever seen in my life. probably a 2-3XL.
When I cancelled the customer service rep said no exchanges for flawed merchandise, the oversized shirt was so ugly I did not want to swap out sizes. Took too long for them to actually cancel my account, repeatedly offering future discounts to stay on.
I would avoid this company, the quality is not there to make anything they send you a good value for the price."
"Was hoping to get a good deal on classic ,cool ,quality clothes. My first order was enough to realize this was not a wise choice. Waited exactly 16 minutes on hold to cancel my membership. Hipster customer service rep just said "sorry , ill cancel your account"
60$ ill spent"
"I ordered something on Sunday... it's Wednesday and I don't have my damn tracking number yet like wth??!! If y'all gon be professional do it right. Apparently your service is this trash that y'all won't even respond by email nor answer the phone. I want my money back. But I hope... I HOPE the shoes I ordered are satisfactory. Other than that I'm never ordering from you **** wads ever again."
"If there was less than one star I would pick that. Living in Texas I hardly have the need for a winter hat but that's what I received. Speaking to a representative I was told that there were no exchanges which was clearly stated in their "FAQ". After explaining I normally do not read through a company's FAQ before making a purchase. Horrible customer service."
"Careful-- they ask for a lot of money before you know what you're getting. I'd say this is a questionable startup that has not figured out how to serve customers without baiting them into gimmicky promotions and trapping them into auto renewing memberships with fine, fine print about how and when to cancel in order to avoid charges. Also, no refunds, questionable exchange policy, and overall not a consumer-focused company. "
"It is flat our crazy there are no returns like my wives Stitch Fix does. I am 6'10" so I thought I would give them a shot in terms of sizes even though there are no tall sizes assuming I would be able to return the items. But nope. So I have 3 shirts that come up to my naval. Then my other 2 items consisted of a winter hat ( I live in Austin Texas, where its 80 degrees , and my air conditioner is on today) as well as a pair of mens medium socks. I wear a size 16 shoe. I even left my shoe size blank because it did not have my size. Nobody clearly looked at my order. So I am stuck with clothes I can't use , or return. What a crock. "
"I didn't like the style or fit for the clothes they sent me, but there's no way to return the clothes for style differences, and you can only *occasionally* return them for fit differences, depending on the situation. Therefore I had to give away 75% of the clothes I got. At $60/month, that's too much money."
"NOT EVEN GOING TO WASTE MY TIME BECAUSE SO MANY OTHERS SAID IT ALREADY. I'M DUMB ENOUGH TO DO THREE MONTHS. Trunk club is over priced too"
"I have spent over $800 for low quality clothing, a bunch of ill-fitting socks, beanies, plastic jackets and poor thread count shirts. In over a year that I have been a member I have only kept 3 articles of clothing that Five Four delivered. The rest went to Goodwill, still with the clothing tags on them because they were never worn.
You could do so much more with your money; like on a really windy day open a window from a 32 story building and throw it out. You would definitely be helping people, which is a good feeling. Or on a cold day light a fire and through your money in it. You will sure be warmed up and cozy for at least a little while. "
"Five Four Club is a huge disappointment and a waste of money. Amidst poorly sized items and low quality goods, despite asking my size when I registered, their customer service is garbage. I've called 3x to cancel my service and I've waited on the phone no less than 1 hour 30 minutes with two "convenient" hangups on their end. Save your money or spend it at the mall, not on this garbage company. "
