"I really love Fiverr. It is a great tool to work with people. However, there are some things that are hard to work around. For instance, I recently canceled a gig with someone since it was not good timing for either of us. Now, I cannot message them since they are not a seller..... It's annoying and it is not the first time I have had a loss of sales for reason like this. I get not wanting to let sellers bug people, but since as a seller I get people messaging me all the time as well it should only be fair that I can message people I truly want to work with. "

"I truly love using Fiverr - it gives me an outlet to make fun videos that people really respond to. That being said, it (like much in this life) could use some improvements:
A) The Gig Packages - make them available to ALL gigs, already! I feel that my revenues would double to triple if this was simply an option for my buyers.
B) iPhone/iPad App - the app needs to be recalibrated to work for iPad better, and we need the ability to deliver a full 150 MB (and more!) on the app. Why bother having it if I need to deliver orders through the web site or - increasingly - by uploading my work to the cloud and giving my client a link to it?
C) Don't Take 20% Of Our Tips! - Fiverr is a terrific service. By providing the venue for business to be done, it is fair and reasonable that $1 of each $5 spent goes to Fiverr - HOWEVER, Fiverr has not done anything to earn a tip, a gratuity. That is PURELY between the buyer and the seller. The buyer feels that the seller has gone above and beyond the realm of the service and wishes to show gratitude for it. Fiverr has no claim on that money. By "suggesting" that a buyer give a tip, and then taking 20% of it, Fiverr is effectively attempting to trick the buyers into giving them, Fiverr, more money - and that is dishonest. This policy needs to change."

"For the most part, I really enjoy Fiverr. Just a couple of things I think would really help out sellers.
1. Option to personalize the vacation mode! I have buyers messaging me when I put my gig on vacation mode. It's a bit of a pain when it could be simply rectified by letting the seller have the option of leaving a message on their gig that says, hey, I'm out of town but I'll be back xyz...etc.
2. Not starting the clock until the buyer has completed the purchase transaction. So currently, I have a buyer's order sitting in my in box, which I can do nothing with because they have not given me any instructions even after I've messaged them. So far, I've lost 4 of the 48 hours of prep time it may take me to deliver the order because the buyer isn't complying. And, if I don't deliver on time because of them, that looks bad on me. It's not fair to screw up my on time delivery rating because a buyer can't get their act together, and right now my only option is to cancel the order and invite the buyer to order again when they are ready.
Other than that, I'm pretty happy with Fiverr. "
"You can be eithere a buyer or seller, Fiverr.com is a platform that facilitates easy transaction between these both sides. I am mostly a seller, and I can say that I earn enough for a living.
