"Upside: Much cheaper than Amazon and the items came much faster than expected. (They thought there was a 15 day back-log but everything was here in Indiana from Texas in a week).
Downside: Well, turns out that their website had some mis-information as to what would fit for the lid we wanted... So when the product came the bowl was perfect but the lid was too small. I called and said I ordered what their website said to order. They said the correct item was discontinued... we can keep the too-small lid. Now we'll have to spend twice as much on Amazon.com for the correct lid but at least we got the bowl for a significant discount!
Other upside: NICE, quick and professional customer service.
Other downside: The sticker that came with the items didn't have the invoice number or order number on it.... none of those details included. Ha!
I would DEFINITELY order from them again. "
