"Ordered a restringing kit for pleated blinds. Repair went very well, it's a piece of cake. Anyone with the slightest mechanical ability can do this. I reused all of the original hardware so not sure I needed the kit. The needle is short but can be worked through with two fingers while separating the pleats a bit. A piece of wire could be used for this. The only difficult part was prying off the cordlock part, be careful and take your time. One disappointment, the pull cord and plastic tassel are white no matter what color string you purchase. Considering window treatments are hundreds of dollars this $20 fix was well worth it!"
