I called, I was instructed to go to a website, put my name in and allowed him access.
I stayed on the phone for 20 minutes when was told he could call me back when done. At first I was reluctant but was able to watch everything he did. I loved it!

"This was actually the first time I used this type of service and found it incredibly effective. When I called, a tech answered the phone. I actually didn't know what to do and essentially did what the tech asked. He did explain everything and charged me $99.95 which I thought was a tad high but he explained the computer needed much work. He logged in, did a couple of things and he was done roughly 20 minutes later. I checked my internet explorer and seen that the problem was resolved. He explained that he charged for a complete care package but since was done in only 20 minutes and a complete care package was not necessary, he actually refunded all but $45. I thought this was great because when this problem happened last year I was charged $150 by my other local business and I had to disconnect everything and bring them my cpu. This time I sat in my chair and just watched and asked questions. Yes i would recommend and yes I would definitely call again. He was very knowledgeable and cleared up many things I didn't quite understand. "
