"setup a payment for extended warranty, hit continue, nothing happened, chatted with someone, re-instructed me to go to extended warranty again, did this a couple of times, finally it worked. Don't need a tech at this time, what's up with that? Just want the warranty."
"I really didn't appreciate not being able to schedule an appointment online. Options were available but I kept getting the "Oops...." message. I expect to have problems verifying that I paid for this service when I have to speak with a customer service rep and wanted to avoid having to use my work phone to schedule an appointment."
