"Piece of crap. Not OEM. They don't seem to test or inspect the parts they sell. You barely touch the LG g3 screen and it flickered like crazy. It's a touch screen. It's not supposed to that. PIECE OF CRAP!!!"
"The new battery and screen fit exactly the same as the old ones. The install instructions were easy to follow. "
"Fixez.Com had exactly what I needed to do my repairs. I shopped around for quality parts for some time, and you never really know until they are in your hand. Well I can say that they are the real deal. Parts are outstanding quality and I have repaired many tablets, cell phones, and hard drives with these tools/parts.
I would recommend them."
"I had to replace the screen on my S4 and the parts were original quality and I received them in a timely manner. "
"I wasn't able to fix the Moto X (1st gen), but the tools are of pretty decent quality."
"All the parts came in a timely manner and were reasonably priced. "
"I bought a screen replacement for my phone. Shipping was quick, and I got the screen. It looked OK, but I didn't inspect it well enough. Installed it on my phone, and LCD didn't turn on, but digitizer did. I went to disconnect the LCD ribbon and it simply sliced in half cleanly. It looked like the ribbon cable had not been made properly. I told them and they said it is not refundable or replaceable as it was "physical damage". I am now out $50 and no screen. I am currently disputing with my credit card company for the charges made on the card. Horrible company and DO NOT recommend them to anyone."
"Everything came as it should very quickly, the parts have proven quality. The repair went very smooth."
"Got the toolkit to help replace the screen on my lg g2. Worked fine, instructions provided were helpful. 1 tip make sure you place the adhesive close to the external edges and make sure there is no flex in the screen. I failed to do this and the screen cracked after a few months where there was not enough adhesive backing underneath it.

"I placed an order for a replacement screen for my phone and the specialized screwdriver required to access the screen. I paid for 2-Day FedEx shipping. The order arrived in 2 days without the screwdriver. I had a new screen without any way to install it. I called the company three times, no answer. I left a voicemail, it was never returned. I sent an email and received a response (the next day) that said they were going to ship out the screwdriver, it was shipped USPS. I paid for FedEx 2-Day shipping so I could quickly repair my phone, and they ended up shipping it to me piecemeal, with different shipping methods than I requested. I responded by requesting they refund the price difference of the FedEx shipping versus the standard shipping (an amount less than $9). They refused. I was not looking for a freebie; I was happy to pay the standard shipping price. But since they did not ship my entire order via FedEx 2-Day, I did not want to pay for FedEx 2-Day. I sent several emails requesting to resolve this Fixez.
I ended up resolving the issue with my credit card company. "
"Fixez.com sold me a battery that was used and refused to send a replacement or give me a refund. I was just outside their 30 day return policy and therefore said that I was out of luck. This was a $10 battery and something that Fixez should have made an exception.
I worked with the battery for several weeks in the phone, thinking that the phone had other problems. Then I took it to an Apple store who did a diagnosis on the battery and told me that it had a bad battery and that it had been cycled several hundred times.
Very disappointed with Fixez's inflexibility and that they scammed me with a used battery."
"I purchased a display assembly to repair a broken tablet for a customer. The part arrived broken, in a box not marked fragile. Fixez only response on the matter is that they are sorry but since they cannot file a claim with the shipper I am stuck with a broken out of the box part. I went all the way back through the checkout process so I could look at the shipping options available and it says absolutely no where that they are shipping the part with no insurance, and insurance is available from the carrier so bad move on there part. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will never buy from them again."
"I've ordered from Fixez three times. I ordered a Gallaxy S4 glass, then glass/lcd combo then a rear camera for an iPhone 5. I broke the glass on the S4 twice. I took it to someone and it cost me around 200 bucks so the second time I watched videos on YouTube and found the part on Fixez. I wasn't very patient in removing the glass and broke the lcd. That's whe I got the combo. In total I still saved a ton had I used a service. Then my husband's iPhone camera stopped working so I ordered the camera and tools from Fixez and had my husbands watch YouTube videos and do it himself. It worked out great. We're huge believers in DIY and we are happy we can order the parts from Fixez."
"Delivered in a timely manner and it works perfectly for my customer. "
"The right tools to fix my phone, delivered on time."
