The ribbon cables seem to have been rip off an older broken screen and glued to the back of the replacement. Nevertheless, the screen did not work. I was able to get in contact with customer support which told me I would have to send them the defective item first in order to replace the item. My only option to get the phone repaired in a timely manner was to order a second screen. Upon receiving the 2nd screen I noticed the condition was in the same condition. Nevertheless after four replacements and finally fixing the phone within a week the glue holding the glass to the LCD gave out. None of these products are OEM and all products are one A rating, not Triple A. Save time, money and reputation and shop else where."
